Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- ❌ All your job posts and images
- ❌ Your profile information and picture
- ❌ All your comments and interactions
- ❌ Your likes and saved posts
- ❌ Your account credentials
- ❌ Your application history
This action is irreversible and permanent!
📱 Delete Account From App
- Open the JobNext2U app
- Go to your Profile
- Tap on Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down to find "Delete Account"
- Read the warning carefully
- Type "delete" in the confirmation field
- Tap "Permanently Delete My Account"
- Your account will be deleted immediately
🌐 Delete Account Via Email Request
If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion via email:
- Send an email to: support@jobnext2u.com
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Your display name (username)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- We will verify your identity
- Your account will be deleted within 30 days
⏱️ What Happens After Deletion?

Immediate (0-24 hours):
Your account is deactivated and you can no longer log in. Your profile and posts are hidden from other users.

Within 7 days:
All your posts, comments, and profile data are permanently deleted from active systems.

Within 90 days:
All data is removed from backup systems. Data cannot be recovered at any stage.
📋 Data Retention for Legal Compliance
Some minimal data may be retained for legal or security purposes:
- Transaction records (if applicable)
- Abuse reports or violations
- Data required by law enforcement
This retention is limited and complies with applicable laws.
